In 2012, Mr. Ajayi became broker of record for Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) Real estate department New Jersey office. Mr. Ajayi left NACA to establish his own Real Estate Brokerage Firm Aladex Realty in 2014. Mr. Ajayi had a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria and A Master degree in Public Administration from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, USA
